Fall is already here and we just completed our last rendezvous for the summer season. It was a nice relaxing rendezvous. Thanks to all who worked so hard to make it successful. Also now that it’s fall our beautiful flowers are slowly withering away. I just want to give Pat Gallagher a huge thanks for all her hard work and time she contributed over the summer to make our club look so nice.
I want to thank all those who attended the Spaghetti Fund Raiser and to Barb Hanley for all her great food and hard work. We were able to raise just under $500 towards the past taxes. The support of the Mariners that participated was greatly appreciated.
The people who are interested in running for the Board & Flag for 2010 have been posted. I want to thank all those who are willing to step up and help the club out. In addition I want to express my appreciation to the Election Committee- Dennis Trombly, Gerry Sobczynski, John Nolan, Pat Gallagher, Dennis Hawkins, and Ron Ternes for making all the phone calls to all the members.
